I am an adult psychiatrist and a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist.
After years working in hospitals and multidisciplinary medical teams, alongside a small private practice, I am now dedicating myself full time to private consultations.

EXPERIENCE
May 2025 - Present: Member of a multidisciplinary occupational health team at the European Commission. I carried out pre-employment psychiatric assessments and provided medical consultations for employees facing health difficulties, supporting their wellbeing and their ability to stay at or return to work.
Jan 2022 - Apr 2025: Psychiatrist at Hospital Jolimont, La Louvière, Belgium. General Psychiatry ward. Ambulatory psychiatry service. Emergency psychiatry. Liaison psychiatry.
Feb 2020 - Nov 2021: Psychiatrist and CBT Psychotherapist at CHU Brugmann Hospital, Brussels, Belgium. Virtual reality exposure therapy (VRET) for phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Day treatment center: cognitive remediation therapy. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Ambulatory psychiatry service.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT
For your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to find the centre.
Here’s how to get there:

When you reach the building, push open the outer doors. They’re heavy, so don't hesitate to push firmly.

At the glass doors, ring the bell marked “CGAS” (the centre’s former name) and wait for the doors to open.

Go up to the first floor. The doors to the centre are always open.

There are waiting rooms on both your left and your right. Take a seat and I’ll come and get you.

If I’m a little behind schedule, it’s because I’m still taking the time someone else needed. For this reason, I’d kindly suggest not planning anything urgent right after your appointment, so you won’t have to rush.
FEES, PAYMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT
Payment is due at the end of each appointment. In line with Belgian legal requirements, billing is electronic: if you are affiliated with a Belgian mutuelle, the care certificate is sent directly to them and you will be reimbursed automatically within a few days. If you don’t have a Belgian mutuelle, you will receive an official paper certificate of care instead, which you can submit to your own insurer.
PRICE
€142 per consultation, payable in full at the end of the appointment.
Your mutuelle will then reimburse €52.89, leaving a remaining cost of €89.11
If you have additional private health insurance, or one provided by your employer, it’s worth checking your policy: it often reimburses part of the cost not covered by your mutuelle, as I am a medical doctor.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
(LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE)
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without a 24-hour notice, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the consultation fee minus €1.
